Portugal Retreat

Retreats for Reconnection & Integration

Intentional travel experiences designed to help you reconnect with yourself and deepen connection with others—guided, grounded, and held in community.

An Invitation to Reconnect

These retreats take place in Portugal and are designed for people who feel called to step outside familiar routines in order to reconnect more deeply with themselves, with others, and with what matters most to them.

Traveling somewhere new naturally invites us out of autopilot. It asks for presence, curiosity, and a certain kind of bravery. In that space—away from daily roles and expectations—many people find it easier to hear themselves more clearly and connect more honestly.

Each retreat thoughtfully combines:

  • Guided travel and exploration throughout Portugal
  • Time in nature, coastal landscapes, and historic spaces
  • Structured reflection, journaling, and group connection
  • Practices that support self-awareness, grounding, and integration

You won’t be navigating this alone. I’ll be there throughout the experience to guide, support, and hold the container—so you can focus on experiencing, reflecting, and reconnecting.

These retreats aren’t about escaping your life. They’re about remembering yourself within it.

Travel Can Deepen Connection

When we stay in familiar environments, it’s easy to move through life on autopilot. Patterns repeat quietly, and disconnection often goes unnoticed.

Travel interrupts that loop.

Being in a new place asks you to slow down, pay attention, and engage differently with your surroundings and with yourself. It creates space, both internally and externally, for reflection, insight, and connection.

These retreats invite you to explore new places while giving you space to reflect and integrate what you experience.

You’ll experience Portugal through a clear, supportive daily rhythm that balances:

  • Group time and shared experiences
  • Individual reflection and journaling
  • Exploration, movement, and time outdoors
  • Rest and integration

We make room for presence

We balance shared experiences with time for individual reflection and, for couples, private time to reconnect with one another.

These retreats welcome people who feel both excited and nervous about international travel. Having a familiar guide in an unfamiliar place often makes the experience feel safer, more accessible, and more meaningful.

The goal isn’t to find yourself somewhere new.
It’s to reconnect with who you already are.
Done is a space where you’re present, supported, and opened by new experiences.

The Retreat Path

Each retreat is designed to support reconnection in a different way. While all three retreats share a similar rhythm of intentional travel, reflection, and community, the focus of each one is distinct.

There is no required order, and no expectation that you attend more than one. Each retreat stands on its own and is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re reconnecting with yourself, exploring relationship patterns, or deepening your connection with a partner.

Reconnect with Yourself

October 4-11, 2026

This retreat guides you back to your inner world by helping you reconnect with your body, awareness, and presence.

Travel and exploration create space away from daily routines, while structured reflection and group connection help you slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded way. Community is an important part of this retreat, offering normalization, support, and shared learning.

This retreat places self-connection at the foundation of everything else.

Reconnect with Each Other

October 25-November 1, 2026

In Reconnect with Each Other, couples come together to slow down, deepen their bond, and build more depth in their relationship.

This retreat offers both shared group experiences and private time for partners. Through guided activities and reflection, couples slow down, step out of everyday roles, and reconnect together in a new environment.

The pace is more contained and relationally focused. The goal is not to process everything publicly, but to create meaningful space for partners to deepen their bond, strengthen communication, and integrate shared experiences—together.

Choosing a Retreat

Whether you’re reconnecting with yourself, learning how to create healthier connections, or deepening an existing relationship, each retreat offers a supportive, intentional space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—guided and held in community.

It’s ok to be nervous; that tells you you’re getting outside of your comfort zone! Traveling somewhere new—and choosing to do inner work in community—takes courage. We design these retreats to feel paced, grounded, and supportive, especially for people who feel both excited and nervous to say yes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior retreat experience to attend?

No. These retreats are designed for people who may be attending their first retreat as well as those who have attended others before. Everything is paced, guided, and explained along the way.

I feel excited but also nervous about traveling to a foreign country. Is that normal?

Very normal. Many people feel both curiosity and hesitation, especially when traveling internationally. These retreats are intentionally structured to feel supportive and grounded, with guidance before and throughout the experience.

Will I be traveling alone?

You may arrive on your own, but you won’t be alone during the retreat. Airport transportation is included, and the retreat is experienced as a group from the beginning. We will be there to pick you up from the airport, and we will drop you back off!

How physically demanding are the retreats?

Activities include walking, hiking, and time outdoors, but nothing extreme. Portugal is a very hilly place, and you will need to climb hills and stairs to navigate the cities. Accommodations can be made for mobility issues.

What if I’m more introverted or need downtime?

That’s completely welcome here. While group connection is an important part of the retreats, there is also space for quiet, reflection, and rest. You are never required to share more than you’re comfortable with.

Is this therapy?

No. These retreats are not therapy and are not a replacement for mental health treatment. They are guided personal growth experiences focused on reflection, awareness, and connection in a group setting.

What kind of group size can I expect?

Groups are intentionally small and capped at 10 participants to support safety, connection, and a contained experience.

What if I’m not sure which retreat is right for me?

That’s okay. Each retreat page offers more detail to help you decide, and you’re welcome to join an interest list if you’d like more information before committing.
