Most of us learned how to stay connected to others. Few of us learned how to stay connected to ourselves at the same time.

The Courage to Reconnect Podcast explores the patterns that keep us stuck in people-pleasing, anxiety, overthinking, conflict avoidance, and self-doubt, and what it takes to find our way back to ourselves.

Through honest conversations, practical tools, and compassionate insight, you’ll learn why these patterns develop, why awareness alone often isn’t enough to change them, and how to begin reconnecting with yourself while creating healthier, more authentic relationships with others.

Meet Your Host

Sarah Monares Podcast Host

Hi, I’m Sarah!

I’m a therapist, coach, author, and creator of The Disconnection Loop and The CHANGE Method. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped individuals and couples understand the patterns that keep them stuck in anxiety, people-pleasing, self-doubt, conflict avoidance, and unhealthy relationship dynamics.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that many of us disconnect from ourselves in order to stay connected to others.

The Courage to Reconnect Podcast exists to help you understand those patterns, reconnect with yourself, and create healthier, more honest relationships.
