Counseling & Coaching Services

Start your reconnection journey

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to growth. I offer a variety of ways to work together, whether you’re healing from the past, navigating the present, or ready to move into your future in a whole new way. My work centers on giving you new and effective tools, helping you reconnect with your truest self, and guiding you to healthy and fulfilling relationships.

Counseling

Individual therapy for:

  • Life transitions
  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Depression or persistent sadness
  • Navigating major life transitions
  • Low self-worth or inner criticism
  • Relationship struggles or patterns
  • Grief and loss
  • Processing trauma or past experiences
  • Chronic stress or burnout
  • Emotional numbness or disconnection
  • Healing from harmful past relationships
  • Shame and self-compassion work

Individual therapy is a collaborative, compassionate space where we slow things down and get curious about what’s keeping you stuck. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I help you understand the patterns beneath them. How past experiences, fear, and disconnection show up in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we work to build awareness, self-trust, and practical tools so you can move forward with more clarity, regulation, and choice.

Session Rate:

$130 per 50-minute session

Sliding Scale: A limited number of sliding scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. These are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and may involve a waitlist.

Counseling is available to Colorado residents only through secure virtual sessions.

Coaching

Individual coaching is for people anywhere in the world who feel anxious, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing, overthinking, or fear of conflict. Many clients come in knowing something feels off, but are unsure how to change it without losing themselves or disappointing others.

In our work together, we focus on understanding how disconnection shows up for you and how anxiety, fear, or old protective habits influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. From there, we build awareness, self-trust, and healthier patterns so you can respond instead of react, set boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with who you are. We use my models, the Disconnection Loop and the CHANGE Method, as a guide.

This process supports more grounded and healthy relationships because true connection in relationships starts with being connected to yourself first.

Couples Coaching

Couples coaching supports partners of all genders and sexual orientations who want to reconnect and build healthier patterns together. Rather than focusing on blame or surface-level conflict, we work to understand how each person experiences disconnection, how those responses interact, and what happens when stress, fear, or old protective patterns enter the relationship.

In our work together, couples learn how to recognize unhelpful cycles, communicate more honestly, repair more effectively, and create greater emotional safety. Coaching focuses on building shared language, mutual understanding, and intentional behaviors that support long-term connection, not just short-term relief.

This work is not about fixing one person. It’s about helping both partners understand what’s happening between them and learn how to respond differently, together. We focus on each partners individual patterns first, then move into the relationship patterns once each person can identify their own disconnection loop.

Couples Coaching Packages

Couples coaching is offered in intentional containers to support depth, consistency, and real integration over time. Both options include structured sessions and ongoing support between appointments. Sometimes we meet together, sometimes separately, depending on each client’s individual needs.

3-Month Couples Coaching Container

Includes:

  • 90-minute initial session
  • Weekly 55-minute sessions together or 45-minute sessions separately
  • Voice/text support between sessions for integration and support
Investment:

$1,000 per month for 3 months

This container works well for couples who want focused support to understand patterns, improve communication, and begin reconnecting in more intentional ways.

6-Month Couples Coaching Container

Includes:

  • 90-minute initial session
  • Weekly 55-minute sessions together or 45-minute sessions separately
  • Voice/text support between sessions for integration and support
Investment:

$950 per month for 6 months

This container offers more time to slow down, build safety, and practice new ways of relating. The extended period of weekly support allows couples to deepen awareness and integration. A 6-month commitment is ideal for real relational work.

What’s the Difference Between Counseling and Coaching?

While both therapy and coaching offer support for personal growth, they serve different purposes. Therapy is a deeper healing process focused on understanding and working through past wounds, emotional pain, or mental health challenges. It’s about creating safety, insight, and healing. Coaching, on the other hand, is forward-focused. It helps you get clear on your goals, shift limiting beliefs, and take intentional steps toward the life you want to build. If you’re unsure which is the best fit, Sarah will help you decide which is the best fit for you.

Group Coaching

If you’re looking for support, shared growth, and a place to practice healthier connection, my group offerings provide a powerful next step. Guided groups offer space to explore patterns of disconnection, learn new ways of relating, and build awareness alongside others who are committed to doing this work.

Sarah has been amazing helping me. I have been in and out of therapy for around 25 years. Sarah has come up with ideas and methods that no other therapist has suggested. I am looking forward to continuing working with her. I would highly recommend Sarah!

We came to Sarah at a pretty rough spot. It was amazing how useful one session was, never mind having a consistent plan. It’s without a doubt saved our relationship. But beyond that it’s helped us improve personally as well. The journey is not easy, but so worth it. 10/10 would recommend.

-Anonymous

I was very anxious about therapy, I was even more nervous about doing therapy with someone I wasn’t seeing face to face. Sarah has 100% changed my view on how helpful this type of therapy could be. The communication between sessions has been beyond helpful. She is very calm, understanding, and insightful. I look forward to continuing with her.
