I’m so glad you’re here!
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re craving something more. More peace, more clarity, more change, more happiness, or more connection. Whatever your more is, I’m here to help you experience it. You aren’t here by accident.

It’s nice to meet you…
I am a licensed counselor with a Masters degree in Community Counseling: Marriage & Family Therapy, a Masters degree School Counseling, and a Bachelors degree in Behavioral Science with a minor in Psyhology.
I am also a coach and writer who is deeply passionate about helping people navigate the messy, beautiful, complicated experience of life and being fully human.
One belief I hold is that we’re here on purpose. That our souls chose to be here now, in these lives, to learn, grow, feel, and experience it all. Not just the easy or “positive” stuff. So much of my work is about guiding people to feel again, to stop numbing, silencing, or shaming themselves, and start offering themselves the same grace and compassion they give so freely to others.
I’m here for the deep, transformational work. The kind that helps you understand yourself, break generational patterns, and calm your anxiety. I want to help you stop beating yourself up for being imperfect and learn to move forward with more self-compassion. I believe fear is what holds most people back from the life they truly want. But when we name those fears and use the right tools, everything can begin to shift.
Whether you work with me through counseling (Colorado only), coaching (worldwide), a group or community (the most powerful form of healing), or on a retreat, you’ll find a space that’s welcoming, supportive, and real. No toxic positivity, no hustle culture, no pretending. Just a space for you to learn, grow, to come home to yourself.

Our relationships (first with self, then with others) are the most important part of our lives.
I’m what’s considered a systems therapist. That means that I see people in the context of their relationships. I believe our relationships are the #1 most important part of our lives. They mold us and how we see ourselves and the world. If you think about it, most of the struggles you have come back to your relationships. They are intertwined. It’s impossible to separate the two.
We’ve been taught to live in a way that’s too individualistic for the way we are created to live. We are made for community and connection. But you get hurt, have hard experiences with people, and then turn inward, perpetuating the individualistic view. The goal is to reconnect with your true self, then connect more deeply with others.

Why does it feel so hard to be human sometimes?
During my time working with clients, I have noticed a big theme. People are really hard on themselves for being human. There is this expectation of perfection that is not humanly possible. So how do you embrace your humanness? I believe that being human means feeling the uncomfortable and messy and learning to lean into it and be present without numbing or avoiding. Through practicing acceptance and self-compassion for our humanity, it allows us to move forward in a completely new way. This is one of the main ways we help you learn to reconnect with yourself.
